Pilates for Beginners

This class is for those who have never done Pilates before, who have just finished a Pilates Rehabilitation course or who like to practice Pilates at a beginners level. It works on core strength, flexibility, efficient breathing, good posture and bringing awareness to your body so that you will know your imbalances-what areas need stretching and what areas need strengthening.

Pilates for Beginners/Intermediate

This class is a step up from the beginners class. If you have done a bit of Pilates before or completed at least 8 beginners classes then this is for you. Beginners options will still be given out so if you are a beginner you are also welcome. It will build on the core strengthening exercises learnt in the beginners course and prepare you for intermediate exercises. In all my classes there are always modifications and progressions that can be given out individually.

Who is it for?

Rehabilitation Pilates

This class is for people recovering from injuries, aches and pains. It is a low level Pilates class with an experienced Physiotherapist.

Who is it for?
